Join us for a 2-hour journey of coming home to your body — a space to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with the deep intelligence that lives beneath the surface.

Together, we’ll begin by gently landing in the present moment, creating safety and connection in the space. From there, we’ll explore somatic practices rooted in a strong and time-honoured lineage — simple yet powerful tools that help us feel, sense, and trust what the body is holding and expressing.

We’ll then move into a guided conscious connected breathwork session, designed to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and deeper self-awareness. This practice allows us to go inward, soften resistance, and meet ourselves with compassion.

You’ll leave feeling calmer, more relaxed, and clearer than when you arrived — with a renewed sense of spaciousness and connection to your inner self.
