Running your own business can be incredibly rewarding—but it can also feel isolating. That’s why I’ve created The Solopreneur Stroll, a chance to step away from the desk and into a nature space of inspiration, movement, and connection.
Positive psychology shows us that connection and movement are essential for creativity, resilience, and wellbeing - and with the bonus of a, sometimes, breezy walk by the sea improves mental and physical wellbeing. Walking together creates a unique sense of flow—it’s where ideas spark, collaborations form, and support feels natural.
And this isn't a networking stroll, so there's no need to bring anything other than your jacket!
Join me starting at Rebels Coffee Dover, Marine Parade at 0915. We don't hang around or wait, we just get moving - so I would recommend showing up early to get your Rebel's drink (their coffee is sublime!). This is a 45 minute walk, but stay for as little or as long as you can. Being in business, well can be busy - but I do know this is a GREAT start to the week!
