The Soft Start Series - A once a month Gentle Yoga Class to help you begin your weekend with intention. Each session offers slow, mindful movement, calming breath work, and restorative stillness - perfect for anyone craving a peaceful pauses in the month.This class will be held at the Mt Comfort Church Philadelphia Campus located at 2265 US 40 in Greenfield. Please bring a yoga mat. This class is $5, 5 class passes for $20 are also available.
