A gentle, calming yoga and meditation space created for Black women who need rest. This weekly circle focuses on slowing the nervous system, releasing stress held in the body, and creating space to breathe, soften, and be supported.
Through slow, grounding movement, breathwork, and guided meditation, we invite the body out of survival mode and into deep restoration. No pressure. No performance. Just a place to exhale and be held in community.
