The next Sisterhood Networking Group - Chelmsford meeting is on Tuesday 21st October at City Space, in the heart of Chelmsford.Join me from 10.00am for two hours of casual business related chat - NO scary speeches and NO lockouts! Just a chance for you to connect with local ladies and share what you do.
Our Guest Speaker is this month is the wonderful Kelly Beagle, registered Nutritional Therapist and qualified Nurse, who loves talking about hormones (because let’s face it, they run the show!).
She helps women ditch the guesswork and feel like themselves again with simple, practical strategies.
In this session, Kelly will reveal how your hormones affect your cycle, mood, energy – and even whether you want to hug people or hide from them. Get ready for relatable tips you can actually use.
Priority is given to The Sisterhood Members and the meeting is limited to 20 places. It is always a very busy meeting so please do book your ticket if you are planning to join us ASAP.
