Foodies, take note — after a five-year break, the hugely popular Food Book Club is back, and it’s making its much-anticipated return with a very special guest. On Tuesday 21st October 2025, the award-winning Galvin Green Man in Howe Street, Chelmsford will play host to Sabrina Ghayour, the bestselling Persian chef and author.Sabrina is one of the UK’s most recognised culinary talents, regularly appearing on BBC’s Saturday Kitchen, Channel 4’s Sunday Brunch, and as a guest judge on Great British Menu and Celebrity Masterchef Finals. Her latest cookbook, Persiana Easy — her seventh — brings her signature Middle Eastern flavours to simple, accessible home cooking.
The event is hosted by Jules Millar, founder of the Food Book Club, which has previously welcomed major guests like Tom Kerridge, Raymond Blanc, Michel Roux, Fred Sirieix, and Giorgio Locatelli.
