We are very excited to share with you news of our upcoming Silent Retreat taking place from 18th of March to 22nd of March where we will not only connect with the deeper side of our true nature but we will connect to the deeper side of Mother nature as we celebrate and honour the arrival of the Spring Equinox.
Our silent retreat is a wonderful way to disconnect from the chaos of daily life and reconnect with yourself.
During our silent retreat participants refrain from speaking and instead focus on mindfulness practices meditation and contemplation.
This quiet time allows one to tune in to their inner thoughts and emotions and come to a deeper understanding of themselves.
You will stay in a cosy and secluded cottage surrounded by the breathtaking scenery of the Derbyshire Dales and the Peak District.
You will enjoy delicious vegetarian / vegan meals prepared with fresh and organic ingredients.
Over the 5 day period you will participate in a range of activities such as nature walks yoga classes wisdom sharing relaxation / healing treatments and Sacred sound baths. All of these are designed to help you relax recharge and rediscover your true self.
