The first in a planned line of Narrative eventsThe Siege of Majoris Zeta:
Majoris Zeta was once a Mechanicum forge world before the heresy, it produced millions of tons of equipment for the Emperor's forces in those days of the great crusade however this Era did not last.
However from the outlook of the Horus Heresy Majoris Zeta became one of those forgeworlds of which sided with the Warmaster and the Ruinous Powers. Might Daemons engines were assembled in their forges and sent in their expedition fleets to destroy the forces of the Emperor.
The ire of the Emperor however was earned from this early on and an expeditionary fleet desceneded on Majoris Zeta in a desperate attempt to destroy it, orbital bombardment and use of many nuclear weapons left the world barron, the Traitor Mechanicum retreated and were torn apart by boarding actions and the volleys of fire from the Loyalist Vessels.
Majoris Zeta was left barren for 4 years however it soon became buzzing with life once again.
Loyalist Forces had returned to the Forgeworld and began repairing actions to attempt to bring it back to life and bring war materials to the beleaguered loyalist forces.
However their efforts were very much in vein as sabotage upon their attempts began to stem progress upon the planet.
Traitor forces were soon detected, a fleet of ships as drop pods descended upon the planet with one mission, destroy the loyalist scum.
What to expect:
A Narrative event where the narrative rather than meta is put above all else
Zone Mortalis rules as the forgeworld is filled with hundreds of catecombs.
A minimum of fully assembed and basecoated armies
No unique characters will be permitted
Each Player will select one of their characters as a warlord in which will change the ways of which many of their games will play as some may have different ambitions compared to overall victory.
The event will use a lite Swiss style to ensure that all rounds are fair and evenly matched, THIS IS NOT A TOURNAMENT
