Join us for The Shift Experience, a transformative group session created exclusively for Women Veterans.Do you ever feel "stuck," despite your best efforts to move forward? Your body often holds onto stories, trauma, and emotions that haven't been fully processed.
This unresolved energy can keep you in a cycle of pain, frustration, and inaction.
This session focuses on S.I.T. (Subconscious ImprintTechnique), a method designed to help you gently address what your body is holding.
By doing so, you can release this weight, break free from old patterns, and finally find the clarity and momentum you deserve.
This is your opportunity to connect with fellow women veterans in a supportive environment dedicated to healing and growth.
