The Shedding is an intimate, embodied ceremony held in the final days of the Year of the Snake — a time devoted to release, truth, and deep energetic completion. Before we step into the forward momentum of the Year of the Horse, we pause to consciously let go of what is no longer in alignment.
This two-hour ceremony offers a gently held space to release old cords, patterns, identities, and energetic attachments that the body and soul are ready to complete.
Guided with care and intention, the experience supports nervous system regulation while honouring emotional, somatic, and energetic release.
The ceremony includes a short grounding breath practice, a guided visualisation cord-cutting and release, a burning cord-cutting ritual to anchor completion, gentle somatic movement, and time for integration and connection. Light refreshments will be shared.
Held in a private home space, this offering is intentionally intimate and sacred.
