Join us for a FREE community presentation from The Shaka Project on Monday 11th May at the Northam Rec Centre.This will be the second time Sean presents in Northam following an overwhelmingly positive response to his first visit, with many attendees requesting his return.
This important presentation has the potential to be life-saving. It will equip you with practical tools to better look after yourself and to support those around you.
Whether you’re a parent, sibling, friend, educator, Elder, business owner, employer, employee, team member, committee member, or simply someone who cares about mental wellbeing, this event is open to everyone in our community.
Together, we can build stronger connections, break down stigma, and create supportive spaces where people feel seen, heard, and valued.
