About this Event
In recent years, research has shown that positive emotions can significantly enhance our health, longevity, and overall quality of life. In response, evidence-based practices have been developed to help cultivate these emotions in daily life. Building on this foundation, The Seven Wheels Within: Practices for Mindful Unwinding offers a structured seven month program designed to support this journey. Featuring one focused session each month, the program helps participants foster lasting joy, clarity, and resilience. It blends science-based methods with a holistic approach grounded in Reiki, a gentle practice that activates the parasympathetic nervous system and supports the restoration of body and mind, reflecting the growing trend of integrating diverse modalities. Each encounter draws inspiration from the meaning, function, and symbolism of the chakras.
Held at ThePEMS, a nurturing environment for holistic growth, the program guides participants step by step in mindful unwinding. Engaging in these practices, participants awaken within themselves and inspire others, cultivating a profound and enduring uplift of being, one that carries them gracefully through life’s challenges and nurtures a joyful and balanced way of living.
