Featuring one focused session each month, the program helps participants foster lasting joy, clarity, and resilience. It blends science-based methods with a holistic approach grounded in Reiki, a gentle practice that activates the parasympathetic nervous system and supports the restoration of body and mind, reflecting the growing trend of integrating diverse modalities. Each encounter draws inspiration from the meaning, function, and symbolism of the chakras.

Held at ThePEMS, a nurturing environment for holistic growth, the program guides participants step by step in mindful unwinding.
