The cost for this invaluable customer service training session is just $25 per person and light refreshments will be provided.
Due to the popularity of this program, there are 2 session dates to choose from. Choose only one, as the training will be identical.
The second session is May 14 from 9-11am at Odawa Hotel
Pre-registration is required and should include the names, with correct spelling, of your staff members who will be attending the program.
