About this Event
Join us for a deeply meaningful opportunity to learn from Stz'uminus Elder Daniel Elliott, a respected knowledge keeper, artist, and passionate advocate for traditional foods.
For generations, Indigenous peoples have fostered profound relationships with their ecosystems and practice sustainable land stewardship. Daniel will share his wisdom on the eco-ways of seeding, harvesting, and working with nearly 30 plant relatives, including the sacred Camas, a traditional and vital food source.
Through storytelling and teachings, he will guide us in understanding the seasonal rhythms of harvest, sustainable gathering practices, and the cultural significance of these plants. .
We are deeply honored to welcome Elder Daniel Elliott and invite you to be part of this gathering of learning, respect, and sustainability.
This is a chance to connect with ancient food knowledge that can help shape a more sustainable future. We look forward to seeing you there.
