Taking time for retreat offers us the opportunity to step out of our daily routines to reconnect with and care for our innermost selves.This half day retreat will be held on the beautiful grounds of Bethlehem Centre on Westwood Lake in Nanaimo, B.C.
Together we will meet and settle into our circle and ourselves. You will be guided with self-compassion meditations and practices that can help you to reconnect with your breath, your body and your innate self-compassion.
Program:
8:30 am : Hot water and herbal tea will be ready if you would like to arrive early
9.00 am : Welcome & practices begin. The group will be observing silence from this point on.
Alternating led stillness practices with movement practices, mindful morning tea and experiencing the beautiful garden
12:15 pm Easing out of silence
