The Seasonal Reset: Breath, Sound & Reflection is a 2-hour workshop at Lotus Pond designed to help you align with transition. Together, we’ll explore pranayama, gentle movement, sound meditation, and guided reflection to support your nervous system and create space for renewal.

Bio:
Lisa is a 500-hour certified yoga instructor whose journey began a decade ago when she discovered yoga as a practice and watched it evolve into a complete way of life. A passionate travel enthusiast, Lisa has been fortunate to teach and study yoga across the globe, absorbing diverse cultural experiences and teachings that enrich her approach. With a passion for yoga in its entirety, she embraces not only the physical postures but also the often-overlooked aspects of meditation, pranayama, history, and philosophy. Lisa guides with knowledge and compassion, inviting students to develop deeper connections with themselves and yoga's ancient wisdom.
