The Seasonal Medicine Cabinet: Fall & Winter
Tinctures Learn the folk method of crafting tinctures, one of the simplest and most effective ways to preserve the power of herbs. Each participant will make a nettle tincture to take home. Nettle tincture supports overall wellness as a natural detoxifier and immune booster, helping with seasonal allergies, inflammation, and joint health.
In this six-part, hands-on series, you’ll learn how to make practical and effective herbal remedies while gaining skills and confidence to care for yourself at home. Each class focuses on one type of preparation and includes a finished product to take home, plus a handout of additional recipes and resources.
You will explore Herbal Honeys, Tinctures, Syrups and Oxymels, Infused Oils, Tea Blending, and Salves and Lip Balms. Each session is 90 minutes long for $33 or $165 for the whole series.
