Lakewood fan favorite and “Jazz Group of the Year” nominee, The Lao Tizer Band performs selections from their newest album, “Amplify,” in an exhilarating ride through a variety of jazz flavors and styles. Along with Boulder native keyboardist Lao Tizer, the band includes all-star musicians Phillip Whack on sax, Joey De Leon on percussion, Tony Austin on drums, Anthony Crawford on bass, and American Idol star vocalist Elliott Yamin.
