The Sea Wall 7 Miler Charity run/walk is 7.2 miles long and is open for people of all fitness and abilities, beginner, amateur or pro. Your welcome run it,walk it or crawl it and will start and finish at The Ski Bar, Port Haverigg Marina Village, Cumbria. Taking in all the beautiful scenery in our lovely area has to offer. The first 5 mile is on road and the last 2.2 mile is of road(gravel). There will be one water stations at the 3.7 mile mark and one at the finish line. First 3 Male/female will receive an engraved pint/wine glass and every finisher will receive a Sea Wall 7 Miler baseball cap and small goody bag and what ever little extras we chuck in.🙂There will also be a club champ competition again.
Prize for last 3 legends home and best Hulk impression.

The Random Runners Raffle is back
10 random numbers are picked and if you finish in that position , you win a prize.😊
