Float into a world of fun with this high-energy program that brings science to life through exciting balloon experiments and jaw-dropping demonstrations. Young scientists will explore air pressure, static electricity, science principles, sound vibrations, and more using simple balloons to reveal big scientific ideas. The grand finale will even feature a thrilling liquid-nitrogen demonstration that makes a balloon appear to shrink before everyone’s eyes! Using the Faraday method of showing science through demos for everyone, this engaging and safe program will have curious kids learning, laughing, and leaving with a sense of wonder. This event is supported by the State Library of Ohio with federal funds from the Institute of Museum and Library Services.
Summer Community Read is generously funded by Friends of Bexley Public Library.
