The Sanctuary Therapeutic Immersion
Upgrade from 1x1 therapy sessions to group therapy - "We Grow in Groups"
We invite you to join us for a full-day immersion of safety, community, belonging and healing.This is not a wellness retreat, but a therapeutic environment where one can deeply heal and feel supported by our trained clinician Dr Rachael, the director of the mental health sanctuary.
The immersion is based on our unique 6-part framework: information, activation, conversation, integration, celebration, illumination.Designed for lasting results.
- Immersive Reset: A single day of uninterrupted focus on your healing.
- Multiple Modalities: Therapeutic education, healing modalities, journaling, and group processing.Continued Support: Followed by an optional virtual session and online community
- High-touch Care: Limited to 10 participants

- Morning:Neuroscience and mental health redefined
- Nature-based therapy
- Midday:Guided gentle movement
- Lunch & gut health
- Afternoon:EFT (Tapping) and Meditations
- Drumming
Yes—you can use your FSA or HSA at The Sanctuary. Unlike wellness classes or support groups, our group therapy and immersion experiences are facilitated by a licensed mental health professional, making them eligible for FSA/HSA reimbursement. Receipts with the necessary documentation are available upon request, so you can easily submit for coverage. Please see our full FAQ for more details.

About Dr. Rachael:
Dr. Rachael’s experience includes private practice, crisis intervention, and teaching master’s and doctoral students at KSU. She has led district-wide suicide prevention campaigns, secured major grants for anti-bullying, and earned the Dr. Bob Smith Trailblazer Award for her prevention work.
