A Yoga Experience That Helps You Truly Go Inward
Senses Off, Soul On
This class isn’t about how your poses look—it’s about how they feel.In today’s busy, overstimulated world, it’s easy to get caught up in everything outside of us. This gentle yoga experience helps you slow down and turn your attention inward, using blindfolds and optional earplugs to soften the senses and quiet the noise of daily life.
We’ll begin with a guided meditation to help you connect with your body, breath, and inner awareness. Then we’ll ease into simple, gentle movements—like a soft warm-up and light sun salutations (no planks or pushups!). From there, you’ll be guided into some yummy yin/stretching postures.
As class winds down, we’ll settle back into stillness with a relaxing meditation to deepen the sense of inner peace. Gentle Reiki, calming scents, and optional hands-on support will help you relax, reset, and reconnect.This is more than a yoga workshop—it’s a chance to come home to yourself.
