Upgrade from 1x1 therapy sessions to group therapy - "We Grow in Groups"
Our 6-Week Collective Healing Group offers a safe and supportive space to learn body-based practices for emotional awareness, nervous system regulation, and self-compassion. In order for your life to change, you must create a different vibrational output, otherwise, nothing changes.

Yes—you can use your FSA or HSA at The Sanctuary. Unlike wellness classes or support groups, our group therapy and immersion experiences are facilitated by a licensed mental health professional, making them eligible for FSA/HSA reimbursement. Receipts with the necessary documentation are available upon request, so you can easily submit for coverage. Please see our full FAQ for more details.

About Dr. Rachael:
Dr. Rachael’s experience includes private practice, crisis intervention, and teaching master’s and doctoral students at KSU. She has led district-wide suicide prevention campaigns, secured major grants for anti-bullying, and earned the Dr. Bob Smith Trailblazer Award for her prevention work.
