The Sanctuary

The Sanctuary is a guided NeuroWellness Event designed to help you discharge stress, regulate your body, activate a clearer state, and integrate the shift before you leave.

You will move through a four-phase protocol:

1. Discharge: EFT with Carrie Crossman.
2. Regulate: restorative yoga and nervous system support.
3. Activate: Energy Alchemy with Erlinda Vo.
4. Integrate: HeartMath Coherence to anchor the state before you leave.

Expect EFT, restorative yoga, wellness-tech enhancements, essential oils, Energy Alchemy, HeartMath, lunch, community, curated vendors, and optional VIP experiences.

General Admission includes the full four-phase protocol, lunch, community, vendors, and self-paced enhancements.

VIP includes everything in General Admission plus Sanctuary Lounge access, RECODE Station access, a take-home enhancement, VIP wristband, and elevated pacing.

This event is educational and experiential. It is intended for people who are generally well and does not replace medical or mental health care. Please participate at your own pace and skip any activity that does not feel right for your body.
