THE SACRED WALK of GOZO TOUR:Friday 3rd April 2026 (morning or afternoon)
Discover the quiet and religious soul of Gozo with an easy rural walk through the old lanes and winding streets of Għarb , the westernmost rustic village in Gozo.
Our journey focuses on the story of Frenċ tal-Għarb (1892-1967), the beloved spiritual healer whose legacy of his miraculous healing is strong not only in his home village but throughout Gozo. A stop at the Frenċ tal-Għarb Museum offers a glimpse into his spiritual life, including some of the amazing healings he performed (which still happening till present), and the secret medicinal herbs that he used.
We then walk to the majestic NeoRomanesque Basilica of Ta’ Pinu, a sanctuary of peace and profound devotion rising from the Gozitan countryside visited by three popes. From here, a serene pilgrim walk leads up Għammar Hill, directly facing the shrine from an uplifting path with beautiful views and moments of reflection and 14 statues of the Via Sagra.
A simple, meaningful experience blending heritage, spirituality, and landscape.

- Option 2: 1:30 pm to 4:45 pm (gets dark 7pm)

Includes an inclined slope to Ghammar Hill through wide flattened path. One can wait down or at Ta' Pinu if the slope is too much
