Participants will make their own mineral-rich herbal infusion blend, craft a traditional nettle oxymel (a nourishing combination of herbs, honey, and vinegar), and create a small nettle protection charm inspired by old folk traditions where this powerful plant was used to guard and strengthen the home and spirit.
