The Sacred Sip: A Women's Circle Steeped in Truth
You are invited to an afternoon of tea, honest conversation, and a community that reminds you who you actually are beneath everything you carry. The Sacred Sip is a safe space to explore your truth through gentle, supportive conversation, one cup at a time.
This transformative experience is built around signature tea flight experience where you sample 3 different teas during 3 rounds of conversation. As the rounds progress, flavors deepen, and so do you. You will experience three rounds of curated teas paired with conversation prompts, each one inviting you a little further into your true Self.
What to expect
Over three hours you will move through guided conversation, moments of quiet reflection, somatic grounding exercises, and a closing practice that sends you home with something you didn't have when you walked in - clarity, permission, and profound relief of having been truly heard.
Flight 1: White Tea- Lightness & Arrival
We open gently. Light prompts, warm laughter, and the exhale of finally being in a room that gets it.
Flight 2: Green Tea- Clarity & Grounding
We go a little deeper. Into the patterns, the stories we carry, the truths our bodies already know.
Flight 3: Black Tea- Depth, Courage & Release
We arrive at the real. The things we've been steeping on. The words that are finally ready to be spoken out loud.
You will leave with a take-home reflection card and samples of your favorite teas to carry the experience forward into your week.
