Experience deep calm as crystal singing bowls & other instruments guide you into a restorative soundwave journey for mind, body, and soul.
About this Event

Crystal Singing Bowls produce pure, resonant tones that gently realign body and mind.

As the vibrations wash over you, they help to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and create a meditative state where deep healing can occur.

This unique experience is designed to support you in finding a sense of inner stillness, enhancing overall well-being.

What to Expect

  • A crystal sound bath to calm the nervous system and balance energy.
  • A gently guided full-body relaxation meditation.
  • A sense of ease, clarity, and connection as you leave.
  • A safe, welcoming space for all levels of experience.

What is a Sound Bath?

A sound bath is a meditative experience where you’re “bathed” in therapeutic sound vibrations. Using instruments like crystal singing bowls, chimes, the session creates soothing frequencies that help the mind and body shift into deep relaxation.

What do you do during a Sound Bath?

During a sound bath, you simply lie down or sit comfortably, close your eyes, and allow the sound waves to wash over you. There is nothing you need to do except breathe, receive, and relax. It’s a passive, restful experience.

Your Experience

You can expect calming tones, gentle vibrations, and a peaceful atmosphere. The sounds may create sensations of floating, warmth, tingling, or spaciousness in the body. Many people feel mentally clearer, emotionally lighter, and physically more relaxed afterward.

Benefits of Sound

  • Deep relaxation and reduced stress
  • Quieting of the mind and improved mental clarity
  • Nervous system calming

No previous experience needed - our skilled sound therapist will guide you throughout the session.

Many people experience a sense of lightness, clarity, and balance during & after a sound bath, as the frequencies support the release of tension and encourage harmony within.

Expect a peaceful, nurturing environment where there’s no pressure to perform - simply space to breathe, be still, and receive.

✨Join us for an enchanting Sound Bath experience, with the soothing tones of Crystal Sound Bowls and other therapeutic instruments.

By the end, you’ll leave feeling recharged, finding a quiet sense of ease returning to your body and mind.
