The Sacred Pause is a monthly women’s gathering in Berlin , created as a sanctuary for rest, reflection, and soulful connection.
In this 2-hour circle, we weave together:
? Sound Healing & Mantra Chanting → deep rest through singing bowls, guided journey, and Reiki touch
? Circle Sharing → a safe space to share from the heart
? Closing Ritual → gratitude practice, blessing, and nourishing tea
Each month, we gather to release stress, restore balance, and reconnect with what truly matters.

Contribution: Donation-based (starting from 15 €)
