Welcome to The Running Network - a way to connect with like-minded people while moving your body and clearing your head.
These sessions are for anyone who wants to build genuine connections whilst still working toward their personal fitness goals. We’ll meet on the stunning Newcastle Quayside - on the corner of Lombard Street and head out together for an easy, social run or jog - the pace is conversational, inclusive, and pressure-free.
This is not about chasing PBs or smashing intervals. It’s about:
- Real conversations
- Fresh air and movement
- Working towards personal and professional goals
- Connecting with people who value wellbeing as much as ambition
Whether you’re a business owner, creative, freelancer, professional, or just someone who enjoys being outdoors and meeting new people, you’re welcome here. You don’t need to be a “runner” - just comfortable moving and chatting at a relaxed pace.
