About this Event
About the Session
Join us on the 24th from 2–4pm for an informal drop‑in session at the Youth Employment Hub with Liam and Libby from The Running Charity.
This is a relaxed opportunity to learn more about the charity’s free programmes designed to support young people through a combination of fitness, personal development, and mental health support.
During the session, you’ll be able to:
- Find out how The Running Charity uses running and movement to help build confidence, resilience, and wellbeing.
- Learn about free personal training, access to running and sports kit, and group fitness opportunities.
- Explore the charity’s counselling offer, events and trips, and personalised support around education, training, employment, and more.
- Chat one‑to‑one with the team about what support might work best for you.
- Ask any questions about signing up or getting involved.
If you can’t make it but want to know more, you can email Libby directly: [email protected]
