We’re back and badder than a shark-attack!
The always sold-out ROYAL PUG COMEDY CLUB returns for yet another year of fabulous stand-up comedy clubs in the intimate upstairs of the Royal Pug!
Beating away the winter blues are these comedy beauties; Chris Brooker, Pauline Eyre and headlined by one of our all-time faves Dani Johns!

Dani Johns
Born and bred Bristolian Dani Johns is described as a "smart, clever pocket rocket of a comedian" whose "sassy delivery captivates every audience member".
Dani is an instantly likeable act with an impressive and increasing list of accolades (including BBC New Comedy Award, Funny Women Stage Award & Komedia Bath Act of the Year Award).
With an energetic mix of story telling and serious over sharing, she's been named as one of the best new comics on the scene and is taking the circuit by storm.

After a decade on the UK comedy circuit Chris has forged a fine reputation for himself as a stand-up comedian and compère. Dubbed comedy’s ginger Viking by a promoter, he really is a larger than life character.

Pauline Eyre
Standing up since…well, a long time ago, now doing it in front of audiences.
Pauline is a well-established comic across the country, with several sold out Edinburgh Festival Fringe shows under her belt and a lot of miles on the clock (this is a comment on both her car and her age!)
With a warm, engaging stage presence she immediately puts audiences at ease and disarms even the blokiest of crowds with her refreshing take on life as an unapologetic, uninhibited (and very funny) woman over 50.
