The Rooted Reset: Global Wellness Day Mini Retreat

The Rooted Reset is a curated Global Wellness Day experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and pour back into yourself.

This intimate, women-only experience blends movement, restoration, and intentional connection through a thoughtfully designed flow. Guests will rotate through a 75-minute aerial Pilates class, a guided sound bath, and a restorative stretch session, creating a balanced experience for both body and mind.

In between, enjoy light refreshments, guided reflection, and meaningful conversation designed to ease you into connection before we come together for a shared Sister Circle and curated bites to close the experience.

This is not just a class. It is a moment to reset. To be present. To be in community with women who are choosing themselves.

Dress Code

On theme with Global Wellness Day. Think magenta or tones that align with the day.

Magenta, the official color of Global Wellness Day, represents harmony, emotional balance, and the connection between energy and calm.

Arrival

Doors open 15 minutes prior to the start time. Please arrive early to allow time for check-in and to settle into the space.

What to Expect

This experience includes aerial Pilates, a guided stretch session, and a sound bath. All levels are welcome.

What to Bring

Water bottle. You are welcome to bring your own mat, though all equipment will be provided.

Parking

Street parking and nearby garages are available. Please plan accordingly.
