Join us with First Presbyterian Church in Salisbury using RAFI’s Come to the Table and storytelling as a tool in understanding food accessibility.

A farm advocacy nonprofit based in Pittsboro, NC, RAFI challenges the root causes of unjust food systems, supporting and advocating for economically, racially, and ecologically just farm communities.

The Come to the Table program empowers faith communities to participate in the creation of a just food system through collaboration, capacity building, and advocacy.

This workshop will focus on understanding the systemic nature of food insecurity and how faith communities can actively work to address those causes, by uncovering challenges within the food system and why faith communities in particular should be involved in addressing them.
