Have your spoons at the ready and brace yourselves for what can only be described as a night (and a movie) to remember as we host a very special screening of cult-classic The Room, with star Greg Sestero in attendance for a Q&A and meet-and-greet.Johnny (Tommy Wiseau) is a successful banker who lives happily in a San Francisco townhouse with his fiancée, Lisa (Juliette Danielle). One day, inexplicably, she gets bored of him and decides to seduce Johnny’s best friend, Mark (Sestero). From there, nothing will be the same again.
The film, which is written, directed, starring and financed by the eccentric Tommy Wiseau, quickly gained cult status as ‘the Citizen Kane of bad movies’ and gathered a loyal fanbase across the globe. If you’ve never seen the film, now is the time to do it!
The screening will be followed by a Q&A with Greg Sestero, co-star of The Room, and best selling author of The Disaster Artist, with pre-screening and post-screening meet-and-greets in the QFT foyer.
