Join Julia for a full day of practice pamper and play. This day will promises to be full power with a full schedule to leave you feeling uplifted and energised. This is great way for us all to connect with The Yoga Academy community promoting The Rocket Club and everything it stands for – yoga community playfulness fun! Revival provides the perfect space to host this event.
The day will include:

· 3 hrs of Rocket – with partner activities and workshop style teaching

Julia is a Level 2 Rocket® certified and a self-confessed Rocket junkie. I have so much practice to share and I’ll look forward to delving deeper in a playful setting. I guarantee to give you hints and tips to help you advance your practice.
Rocket Vinyasa is a powerful practice that flies through our favourite postures with playful transitions arm balances and inversions throughout. It's not for beginners and requires a little stamina but there is something for all yogis: an exhilarating exploration of strength and flexibility – stability and mobility.
