About this Event
Resilience Learning Partnership and The Robertson Trust are delighted to offer a programme of eight stand‑alone half‑day training sessions focused on Trauma‑Informed Practice, with a dedicated emphasis on Workforce Wellbeing and Support.
Please note: organisations may register for one session only from the eight available.
This training supports organisations to:
- Understand trauma, its prevalence, and its real‑world impact in Scotland
- Explore practical measures that strengthen staff wellbeing
- Build confidence in applying trauma‑informed approaches
- Recognise the vital role of lived experience in delivering meaningful change
Each 3.5‑hour session is delivered as a complete learning experience and includes expert facilitation, practical tools, case studies, and reflective learning. Participants will complete pre‑ and post‑training surveys to support reflection and help measure impact.
Training will run April–June 2026, delivered through a mix of online sessions and in‑person workshops at The Barracks, Stirling.
This programme forms part of the Listen, Learn, Act project and is delivered with the support of The Robertson Trust.
