About this Event
AI, uncertainty and constant change are increasing pressure on organisations – but the real challenge is not technology itself. It is how leaders respond when people feel unsettled, performance is under strain, and difficult decisions need to be made.
For HR leaders, this creates a very practical question: are your leaders equipped to lead well through uncertainty?
When organisations face disruption, leadership behaviour has direct consequences for trust, engagement, psychological safety, performance and culture. The way leaders communicate, regulate themselves, make decisions and handle pressure shapes how teams respond – especially in periods of change, ambiguity and transition.
This executive workshop is designed for HR leaders and senior decision-makers who want more than a high-level discussion. It offers a practical leadership framework for real organisational challenges, helping participants better understand how leadership affects culture and performance under pressure – and what HR can do to strengthen it.
The session will explore how leaders can maintain trust and safety during uncertainty, why change and AI-driven transformation often trigger fear, resistance and disengagement, and what practical approaches help teams stay focused, resilient and effective. It will also address one of the most difficult areas many organisations face today: how to lead challenging transitions, including organisational change and redundancies, with clarity, consistency and dignity.
Participants will leave with practical tools and insights they can apply immediately in their organisations – whether to support leaders through uncertainty, protect team engagement, strengthen organisational culture, or navigate high-stakes people decisions more effectively.
As part of the event, participants will also receive a signed copy of Stephen Neale’s newly launched book, The Ripple Revolution, adding further practical insights and frameworks to take beyond the session.
