🪘Drums are sacred, rhythmic ancient healing tools used all over the world. Drums help anchor and root us into the pulse of Earth.
🪘They connect us into our heartbeats and natural rhythms, lowering anxiety, tension, and stress.
🪘Rhythmic drumming has the potential to calm the central nervous system and help the brain entrain back into harmony with the Schulman Resonance of the Earth.
🪘Drumming ignites our energy as well as awakes a sense of being present, centered, grounded, light, spacious, and harmonious.
🪘The addition of Light movement with breathing techniques and mantra while drumming, brings us into a deep meditative state and allows stagnant/blocked energy to be released naturally from our fields. It alters our state of consciousness and brings a light activation to the energy field. This practice teaches us how to stay inward, calm and energized, all at the same time and in our own rhythm and flow.
*No Musical background necessary.
Participants are encouraged to bring their own drums, however we will have plenty of extra drums on hand.
All of our sound training is through Lisa Ishwari Murphy of Fairhaven healing arts.
