About this Event
The Rhythm of Our Nature | A Winter Ecstatic Dance
As the days are cold and the nights are dark, we come together to gather for an evening of connection, inviting in the wisdom of winter. What does the winter ask of you? How can you channel the quiet stillness of winter into your dreams? The Rhythm of Our Nature is an ecstatic dance journey for those ready to awaken their spirit in stagnation. To emerge from hibernation and reconnect with our inner and outermost natures.
We'll start our evening together gathering in circle to feel into central themes for the dance and open our hearts to learning from the wisdom of our bodies. We will then play movement games to practice consent and wiggle and giggle out any nerves going into the night. As we begin our dance journey, the music will guide us through a soft, dreamy, snowy journey inviting in connection, movement, playfulness, and radical expression of self. Come as you are.
We will end our night together in a heart-sharing circle. This sharing circle is a place for reflection, integration, and witnessing. Everything shared in circle stays in circle. No judgment allowed.
This is a space to express the fullness of your human BEING. Come as you are. We cannot wait to dance with you!
Come dance. Come sit in stillness. Come belong.
What does the winter ask of you?

- Device-Free Zone: No cell phone use or recording. Be fully present in the moment.
