About this Event
This month, we’re exploring family stories: from the ones you’ve told a hundred times to the ones you’re not sure you’re allowed to tell, and the ones you didn’t realize were stories at all.
Family stories are often our richest material... and also our trickiest. They come with hefty backlog of context: complex characters, long histories, and big emotions. How do you shape something so familiar into a seven-minute story?
The evening will include:
- story-discovery prompts
- small group work and feedback
As always, there will be pizza. BYOB!
Please RSVP if you plan to come so we can get an accurate pizza count. Email with any questions.
