Join four fearless women-trailblazing playwright Olympe de Gouges, relentless assassin Charlotte Corday, dethroned queen Marie Antoinette, and Haitian rebel Marianne Angelle–as they navigate the chaos of the French Revolution's Reign of Terror. In this bold, hilarious, and dreamlike comedy, these women unite to take on the madness of 1793 Paris, plotting to murder Marat and striving to overcome extremist turmoil.
The Revolutionists is a riotous exploration of violence and legacy, art and activism, feminism and terrorism, and the unbreakable bonds of sisterhood. 2024 brings RESERVED SEATING for all ticket types to Players by the Sea! When purchasing your seats online, you're able to select the seats you want. We can also select the best available seats for you when calling or emailing the Box Office.
– PARKING –
Parking can be tricky at PBTS! We have a few spots in front of our building that fill up fairly quickly. There is parking along Pablo Avenue, which runs parallel to Beach Blvd. There is also a small lot at the corner of 6th Street North and 1st Avenue North. Often, the Church or the City of Jacksonville Beach will also be holding events, creating additional demand for parking. Please plan ahead and arrive early to secure your parking!
