Hosted at The Campus at Zueike, this event offers a curated lineup of movement-based classes led by experienced instructors, welcoming all fitness levels.
Participants can choose from a variety of classes throughout the morning, including a guided Run Club, Sunrise Yoga, High-Intensity Resistance Training, HYROX and Ritual class. Whether you’re looking to start your day with mindful movement or push your limits with performance-focused training, The Revival offers flexible options to build your own experience.
Each class is booked individually, allowing you to sign up for one session or take part in multiple classes throughout the day.

Class Details:
Yoga: This class will gently maneuver you into starting your day in the most positive way. Mix sun salutations, balance poses, standing poses, strengthening poses and energizing heart openers. An invigorating and refreshing way to ease into your day! Level 1/2/3
HIRT: If you're looking for a blend of strength and stamina, this is it! Motivaction Training is known to deliver some of the most effective High Intensity Resistance Training (HIRT) sessions around, as it's is one of the best ways to get stronger while building you're aerobic conditioning! This class will use bodyweight and bands (supplied by us) as a means to challenge you at your respective level, to ensure you're getting the most out of the workout AND yourself, in a safe and supportive way.
HYROX: Come experience an outdoor version of the hottest trend in fitness as we guide you through a 60 minute Hyrox workout. Whether you're an experienced racer or looking to try it for the first time, you're in the driver seat as to how intense you make this workout, so come push some sleds, carry some weight and hit the pavement with the rest of this fast growing community!
RITUAL: The Ritual sculpt class is rooted in controlled movement, strength, and endurance. Designed to build strength and stability through intentional movement, this low-impact workout delivers a challenging, full-body burn.

All other classes are $10 (plus GST) per calss.
