They fled to Abyssinia in the hopes of practising their faith in peace. But when challenged to defend their faith… they recited the revelation of the Holy Qur’an. Narrating the story of The Lady Mary.

Actor Junayd Ul Islam brings this history to life in this enthralling half-hour play. The first in a weekly series at Cambridge Central Mosque for Ramadan 2026.
