You’ll leave regulated, rested, and reconnected to your own capacity.

Each day layers breathwork, depth-oriented psychotherapy (ISTDP principles), and spiritual practice to guide you home — safely, gently, and powerfully.
You will be led by two master-level facilitators with over 50 years of combined experience.
This is not a retreat to escape your life—this is where you come to live it more fully.
You’ll leave with tools to regulate your nervous system, complete emotional loops, and cultivate loving, honest connection with yourself and others.

In order to attend, you must be in good physical and emotional health. Whilst our facilitator is a clinical psychologist, this retreat is not suitable for people with severe major mental illness. However, if your illness is well managed, please reach out to the organisers to ascertain if this retreat is suitable via email [email protected]

FAQ's
Do I need prior experience with breathwork or therapy?
No experience required — you’ll be safely guided through every process.
Is the retreat trauma-informed?
Yes. All facilitators are trained in trauma-informed practice, nervous system regulation, and psychological safety.
Can I come alone?
Absolutely. Many participants attend solo and leave with lifelong connections.
Are flights included?
Flights are not included, but airport transfers from Denpasar are provided.
What does the price include?
The cost includes your 7 days and nights of accomodation, meals, water, airport transfers in Bali, and a day tour. All alcohol, insurance and flights are additional costs.
Are all genders welcome?
Yes - we welcome all genders and gender diverse people.
I have ADHD can I attend?
Absolutely, we are a neurodivergent friendly space.
Where will we stay?
Nestled in the treetops of Ubud, we have two luxury Villas overlooking the jungle. Expect infinity pools, open-air bathrooms,and Balinese-inspired design — the perfect backdrop for rest and renewal. Choose between Private Villas or Shared Suites, both crafted for comfort and connection.
What is the cost?
Private room $5500, shared room per person $4000
