An Afternoon of Yoga, Skincare, & Community
We’ll start the morning with coffee and a light breakfast, followed by a guided yoga flow focused on the hips and heart, inspired by the sacral and heart chakras. This practice is designed to help you release tension, reconnect with your body, and settle into yourself.
Lunch will be provided, and you’ll have time to relax and connect before we move into the hands-on portion of the retreat. You’ll make & use your own plant-based face mask, (so maybe come clean-faced OR you're welcome to skip this part. We're flexible) body scrub, and epsom salt soak to take home, using simple ingredients gentle for all skin types. We’ll talk about how caring for your skin and body can be a continuation of your yoga practice off the mat.
We’ll close with a guided body scan meditation so you leave feeling grounded and restored.
You’ll also receive a spa-themed goodie bag and containers for everything you make + all supplies.
This is a small group experience (8–10 people max) to keep it personal and relaxed.
No experience needed. & No need to bring anything. Just come as you are. Jammies, cozies, or in your cutest loungewear or work out set. whatever works for you.
