Every New Moon, indulge in a 108-minute alchemy of Kundalini, sound healing, Tibetan bowls-on-the-body, and Reiki.
In the stillness of the New Moon, when the cosmos offers a blank slate, we invite you into a space where sound opens gateways to healing that reach beyond the ordinary.
Through the rhythmic practice of Kundalini breathwork, movement, and mantra, we are drawn inward and begin to unlock new levels of awareness. In this sacred flow, the body remembers its natural state of balance.
As the gongs and crystal bowls hum their ancient tune, relax into the powerful healing potential of quantum vibration. Tibetan singing bowls are gently placed and played on the body. The resonant frequencies, born from the depths of sound, reach beyond the surface, penetrating the tissues and inviting improved circulation, blood flow, and the release of tension long held in the body’s subtle architecture.
Throughout the session, Sat Nam’s resident Reiki teachers will tend to each participant, offering generous doses of Reiki to move stagnant energy and replenish the body’s life force.
During the New Moon, all is possible. Drop into an intimate healing experience where the mind quiets, the heart opens, and the soul is restored.
