The Reset Xperience: Praying Over Builder (18+)

Life can become overwhelming when responsibilities, expectations, pressure, and everyday challenges begin to pile up. Many people spend so much time surviving that they rarely give themselves permission to pause, breathe, reflect, and truly check in with themselves.

The Reset Xperience: Praying Over Builders Workshop is a guided small-group workshop created for adults who may be feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, stuck, discouraged, burned out, or simply in need of a safe space to reset.

Building something whether it’s a business, a dream, a new beginning, a family, your healing journey, or simply trying to rebuild yourself can be hard. But you do not have to do it alone.

This is not a lecture-style event or a room full of surface-level motivation. It is an intentional experience designed to help participants slow down, reconnect with themselves, reflect on where they currently are in life, and begin identifying areas that may need healing, clarity, direction, or restoration.

Throughout the experience, participants will engage in:

• Guided reflection activities
• Interactive builder exercises
• Real conversations centered around life, pressure, healing, and growth
• Stress-relief movement moments
• Encouragement and mindset reset activities
• Faith-centered reflection and support
• Meaningful opportunities for connection and community

Many attendees describe the experience as “the pause they didn’t realize they needed.”

Whether you are navigating personal challenges, rebuilding your mindset, trying to rediscover purpose, carrying silent pressure, healing from exhaustion, or simply needing space to breathe and reset, this experience was created with you in mind.

All The Reset Xperience workshops are completely free to attend. Participants are welcome to attend as many workshops as needed, whether in their local city or by following the experience in another state or location.

Because this workshop is intentionally designed to create meaningful interaction, support, and connection, seating is limited, and early registration is strongly encouraged.
