But here’s what you’ll actually do:
- take a hard look at what you’ve been taught about
productivity, worth, and what it means to “handle things”
- figure out where your energy is actually going (and why you’re so drained all the time)
- identify real life things that you’ll actually do to help refill your tank
- spend time around other women who get it without you having to explain yourself
- probably nod along occasionally, actually belly laugh a few times, and likely swear at least twice
And we'll also supply breakfast and beverages!
There will NOT be:
- awkward icebreakers
- pressure to pretend you’ve got it handled
- sitting in a forced sharing circle
- any sort of chanting or meditation (well… at least not as a group, you’re free to do what works for you though 😆)
