The Reset Retreat is your chance to step away from the daily grind and immerse yourself in a day of movement, mindfulness, and renewal.
This one-day retreat is designed to help you pause, reset your energy, and recommit to your health and fitness goals. Through a carefully curated blend of yoga, nourishing food, and mindful reflection, you’ll leave feeling stronger, refreshed, and ready to tackle your goals with clarity and purpose.
We begin the day with intention and goal setting, creating space for clarity and inspiration. Then, energize your body with a power yoga class. Afterward, savor a Southern-style brunch, where simply crafted recipes highlight fresh, seasonal ingredients that nourish from within. Following brunch, enjoy a guided walking tour of the BullStreet District, a vibrant blend of history and modern development. In the afternoon, settle into deep relaxation in an afternoon restorative yoga with aromatherapy, allowing your body to fully unwind after the day’s experience.

9:45 AM – 10:00 AM | Welcome

10:30 AM – 12:00 PM | Power Yoga Class
12:00 PM – 1:30 PM | Southern-Style Brunch
1:30 PM – 2:30 PM | Walking Tour of the BullStreet District
2:30 PM – 3:30 PM | Restorative Yoga with Aromatherapy
3:30 PM | Closing
To extend the retreat’s impact beyond the day, each participant will receive a special gift thoughtfully curated to help bring the retreat’s spirit home for lasting success.
Please note the retreat fee does not include lodging or transportation to and from the event.
